Shipping Process and Schedule
All shipments are scheduled to leave on Sunday
each week. Before shipping, we perform a
comprehensive cleaning and double-check every
scooter to ensure it is in perfect condition.
For safety during transit, we adhere to legal
requirements by draining all petrol. The scooter
is then carefully wrapped in
bubble wrap
to protect the paintwork from scratches or dirt.
It is secured inside a custom-made wooden crate
with protective padding on all sides to prevent
movement. Depending on your country’s
regulations, the crate may also undergo
fumigation.
We supervise the packing process of each scooter
to guarantee it meets our high standards for a
safe journey to its destination.
Documents and Delivery Timeline
The necessary shipment documents will be mailed
to your address within 2-3 weeks
after the scooter is shipped. These documents
will include everything required for customs
clearance and registration in your country.
Receiving Your Shipment
We typically offer port-to-port shipping. Upon
arrival, you will need to pick up your scooter
from the local warehouse. Please note that you
will be responsible for paying all associated
local charges, including customs fees, handling,
and paperwork.
You will need a suitable vehicle to transport
the crate to your home. The dimensions and
weight of the crate are as follows:
A small open-ended trailer, lightweight
transport van, or similar vehicle is ideal for
this purpose.
Optional Door-to-Door Service
For added convenience, we also offer a
door-to-door
delivery service. With this option, the
shipping agent will manage all customs
clearance, handling, and transport directly to
your home. This service incurs an additional fee
based on the distance and specific delivery

In Case of Shipping Damage
Although we take extensive precautions to
protect your scooter during transit, we
understand that unforeseen circumstances can
arise. If your shipment arrives in a damaged
condition, please request a
damage report
from the handling agent, including their
official stamp and signature. We will work
directly with the shipping company to secure
compensation for any damages incurred.
