breakdown of the shipping process:
Order Placement and Restoration
Upon receiving your order, our mechanics
immediately start restoring your scooter to meet
your chosen specifications. You’ll be kept
informed every step of the way, with regular
updates and photos documenting the
transformation of your scooter.
The restoration process typically takes up to 10
days, after which the scooter is shipped to your
designated location.
Worldwide
shipping is available to nearly 200 ports
globally, including over 70 points in the United
States, for a flat rate of USD 450 per scooter.
Insurance against fire and explosion during
transit is available for an additional fee.
Pre-Shipping Documentation
While the restoration is underway, we
simultaneously prepare all necessary
documentation to ensure a smooth shipping
process. And a complete set of original
documents, including:

Original VIN Numbers for
both the frame and the engine.

Bill of Sale and Bill of Lading
for tracking and ownership.

Registration Certificate
and Proof of Deregistration &
Certificate of Origin for customs
and local registration.

Insurance and Safety

shipping company is responsible for the
transport itself. Should any damage occur, we
will assist you with the insurance claim

Customs and Pickup
Upon the scooter’s arrival at your port, a
forwarding company will contact you to arrange
for pickup and customs clearance. While
procedures vary by country, we provide guidance
and support to navigate any complexities.
After customs clearance, you will be directed to
the nearest warehouse to collect your shipment.
Typically, warehouses offer complimentary
loading services, but ensure you bring a vehicle
capable of transporting the wooden crate (e.g.,
a pickup truck). Secure the crate with strong
straps to prevent movement during transit.
Door-to-Door Service
For added convenience, we offer
Door-to-Door delivery for an additional
fee. In this case, the shipping agent will
handle customs and transport the scooter
